Refund policy

At UNSER, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and non-personalized items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Shipping
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once your return is received and scanned by the carrier, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on products that have been:

  • Embroidered or personalized

  • Altered or modified

  • Washed, worn, or show signs of use (e.g. stains, odors, damage)

If returned items do not meet these conditions, we will notify you, return the item, and no refund will be issued.

Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased from one of our authorized retail partners, please contact them directly. UNSER cannot accept returns for items purchased outside unserus.com.

Return Authorization
All return items must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
